Why Lakefront

Engineered for Michigan, finished like furniture

Big-box concrete coatings flake when the ground heaves. Marine sealers don't bond to concrete. We pour systems built specifically for the way Michigan homes are used — and finish them so they earn a spot in the photos.

Freeze-thaw rated

Polyaspartic topcoats stay bonded through 40-degree swings — the ones that snap cheaper coatings off the slab.

🛢

Salt & chemical proof

Road salt, gas, oil, marine fluids, lake water — none of it touches the concrete underneath.

Showpiece finishes

Metallic, marbled, flake, or solid-color systems — all custom mixed on site to match the house.

Lakefront-ready

Slip-rated topcoats and UV-stable pigments hold up to wet feet, sand, and direct sun.

Systems we install

One crew, every kind of floor your property needs

Pick the system that fits the room — we'll spec the right base, color, and topcoat to match how you actually use it.

Metallic epoxy

Marbled, three-dimensional finishes that look like polished stone. Showroom and high-end residential.

Vinyl flake garage

Decorative chip blends in your house's color palette. Hides imperfections, hides road grime, easy to wash.

Solid color

Clean single-color floors for utility rooms, mudrooms, basements, and workshops. Many color options.

Countertops

Seamless epoxy countertop systems for kitchens, bars, and bathrooms. Custom colors and metallic finishes available.

Commercial coatings

Showrooms, breweries, retail, light industrial. ESD and food-safe options. Night and weekend installs.

Concrete repair & prep

Diamond grinding, crack chase & fill, joint repair. The boring step that decides whether a floor lasts.

How it works

Four steps, from estimate to finished floor

From the first photo of your slab to walking on a finished floor — this is the process.

Free in-home estimate

We come out, measure, photograph the slab, and walk through finish samples in your space — not a showroom.

Slab prep & repair

Diamond-grind to a real concrete profile, chase cracks, fill joints. The step that other installers skip.

Install day

Base coat, decorative layer, then the polyaspartic topcoat — all in one day, with the cars off the slab by sundown.

Walk on it

Light foot traffic within 24 hours. We come back at the 30-day mark to inspect and tune up if needed.
